Child Safety Policy

jay gauputra is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation. We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or interaction within our app that promotes, depicts, or facilitates child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment.

We enforce the following standards:

1. Zero Tolerance Policy
   Any content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, exploitation, or endangerment will be immediately removed. Accounts involved in such behavior will be reported and banned.

2. Detection and Reporting
   We monitor user activity and use automated and manual moderation tools to detect violations. When CSAM is detected, we promptly report it to relevant law enforcement agencies and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or its equivalent in applicable jurisdictions.

3. User Education and Controls
   Our app provides safety tools such as content filters, reporting mechanisms, and privacy settings to protect all users, especially minors.

4. Partnership with Authorities
   We cooperate fully with law enforcement and child protection organizations to investigate and prevent exploitation.

5. Compliance with Platform Policies
   We comply with child safety guidelines as required by Google Play, Apple App Store, and applicable laws such as COPPA, GDPR-K, and the IT Act of India.
